Other Services
– Drop off your laundry, and we’ll take care of it.
Express (same-day) service is available at an additional charge. Drop off cut-off time is 9 am,
The pick-up time is after 6 pm.
Normal drop-off will be ready within 24 hours

Self-Service Information
Washing typically takes 30 minutes, and drying takes 20 minutes.
Yes, we offer machines for small (7kg) loads, and large (14kg) loads, the latter being perfect for
comforters or rugs.
No! Usage of your detergent is not allowed. Our machines automatically disburse the right
amount of detergent and softener (if selected) to ensure Gewoon Fri’s results.
Our washers and dryers automatically turn on after you have selected and paid for your order on
our Self-service kiosk screen.
Tap on the kiosk screen and select “Guest” to indicate your washing or drying preference.
OR scan the QR code if you are already a member.
After selecting your preference. Complete your payment as instructed on the screen and take
your clothes to the machine numbers indicated on the kiosk screen.
Open the door by turning the knob, place laundry, select the desired program and softener on the
touchscreen display, press the play symbol to start the wash cycle.
Open the door by pulling it towards you, place laundry, and select the desired program on the
touchscreen display, press the play symbol to start the drying cycle.
The machine has a 30-second grace period before locking. After that, the washing cycle will run
until completion.
